What you're buying
SleepEasy Kids sells personalized digital guides containing general behavior-coaching content for children's bedtime routines, delivered by email. All plans are AI-generated coaching documents; no live coach or human consultation is included. We offer:
- SleepEasy Membership ($19/month or $99/year, auto-renewing) — a personalized plan right away, updated plans on request during your membership (up to twelve per billing period, at most one per seven days), a monthly check-in plan sent automatically, and plans that advance with your child's age stage.
- 7-Day Bedtime Reset ($39, one-time) — one personalized 7-day plan.
- Reset + Nightly Check-in Guide ($99, one-time) — the plan plus a nightly check-in prompt for each day (what to watch for and when to adjust), included in the same guide.
- Premium Deep-Dive Plan ($199, one-time) — our deepest written plan, with day-by-day adjustment rules and a weekly consolidation checklist.
- Gift Reset ($49, one-time payment) — purchased by a gift-giver for a recipient. The recipient receives a gift email with a secure setup link, answers a short questionnaire about their child, and gets their first personalized plan within minutes — plus the ability to request up to two updated plans within 60 days of setup (at most one per seven days). The gift does not auto-renew and no card is stored.
- Annual Gift ($149, one-time payment) — purchased by a gift-giver for a recipient. The recipient receives a gift email with a secure setup link, answers a short questionnaire about their child, and gets their first personalized plan within minutes — plus the ability to request updated plans for one year from setup (up to twelve updates, at most one per seven days) using the secure link in their plan emails. The gift does not auto-renew and no card is stored for renewal.
Membership auto-renewal & cancellation
The SleepEasy Membership renews automatically — monthly memberships renew every month and annual memberships every year, at the then-current price, charged to your payment method by Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime using the "Manage membership" link included in every membership email, which opens a secure Stripe portal — no phone call, no questions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep every plan already delivered, and you will not be charged again. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if payment cannot be collected, the membership ends automatically.
Gift purchases
When you buy a gift (Gift Reset or Annual Gift), you (the giver) provide only your email and the recipient's email address (plus an optional gift message) — no details about their child. The recipient answers the child questionnaire themselves through a secure, personal setup link in their gift email, and plans and update reminders are sent to them; your receipt and gift confirmation are sent to you. By purchasing, you confirm you have the recipient's consent to share their email address with us. The recipient's setup and update links are personal to their gift and may not be resold or shared beyond their household.
Not medical advice
The guide is general educational content and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care from your pediatrician or another qualified health provider. If your child shows any health symptom (including breathing difficulty, pain, reflux, feeding problems, or failure to thrive), or may be too young for behavioral sleep approaches, consult your pediatrician and do not rely on this guide. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. You use the guide at your own discretion and remain responsible for decisions about your child.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. One-time plans and gifts are single charges that never renew; only the SleepEasy Membership auto-renews (see above). Because every product is a personalized digital deliverable generated on purchase, contact us at orders@sleepeasykids.com with any issue — if a plan doesn't fit, we'll regenerate it or make it right, including refunding a current-period membership charge when we can't.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the guides for your own personal, family use (or, for gifts, your recipient's personal family use) and not to resell or redistribute them. Plan-update requests are rate-limited to keep every plan thoughtful; automated or abusive use of the update service may result in it being disabled for that order.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepEasy Kids is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the guide. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
