Who we are
SleepEasy Kids ("we", "us") sells personalized digital bedtime-routine guides for parents and caregivers of young children, including an annual gift option purchased by one adult for another. The customer is always an adult.
What we collect
To create a plan we collect the information entered in the questionnaire: an email address, the child's age band, a short description of the current schedule, the specific sleep struggle, and how much change the family can take on. For gift purchases the giver provides only their email, the recipient's email address, and an optional gift message; the recipient (the parent) answers the child questionnaire themselves through a secure setup link. We intentionally collect the minimum needed and do not ask for the child's name or precise birthdate.
How we use it
We use these inputs solely to generate and deliver plans and to provide customer support. For memberships and annual gifts, we keep the order record (including your questionnaire answers and delivered plans) so you can request updated plans, receive your automatic check-in plans, and get occasional reminders while your membership or gift is active. For memberships we also store the Stripe subscription and customer identifiers needed to manage renewal and cancellation. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card details. Your inputs are not used to train AI models.
Children's privacy
Our service is directed to parents and caregivers, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The limited information about a child is provided by the adult customer for the sole purpose of personalizing the guide.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that operate the product (for example, our payment processor Stripe, our email delivery, and our cloud/AI infrastructure on AWS) strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising measurement
To measure whether our advertising works, our marketing pages may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API. These receive standard commerce events only — such as a page view, the start of checkout, and a completed purchase with its price — along with a hashed (unreadable) form of the purchaser's email for de-duplication. Your questionnaire answers and any information about your child are never shared with advertising platforms. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Meta's ad preferences.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing orders@sleepeasykids.com.
